This is Tim Berners-Lee minutes after he was given a doctor honoris causa award. Iván Sánchez just happened to be at the right time at the right place. And Tim couldn't help trying out a OSM hi-viz vest.

Note to twitter-addicts: unlike @rweait (and RTs) pointed out, this is not an OSM event. It is an university event in which Tim and Vinton Cerf (the guy behind TCP/IP) received an award each.
