Ninja coding
I’m a ninja coder.
I fix bugs and I implement features silently during the night, without anyone noticing. Without ever getting credit for it. Making surgical hits that nobody can see.
Because most of the time, nobody cares for a feature that works as expected or a bug that doesn’t happen.
Ninja coding is cool to do, but I wonder how this can be seen as a positive thing from a personal brand point of view.
